Hodgson Russ LLP is committed to expanding our firm through the hiring and development of both entry-level attorneys and experienced lateral attorneys.

We hire entry-level attorneys primarily through our Summer Associate Program in our Buffalo and New York City offices.  We also recruit third-year law students as needed for our growing practice areas.

Our lateral hiring is based on the needs of our practice groups and the needs of our clients.  However, we are always interested in considering groups of experienced attorneys who possess a self-sustaining portable practice and would like to integrate into our firm.

Patent Attorney – Buffalo Office 

Hodgson Russ LLP seeks an experienced Patent Attorney to join the firm's growing IP practice in its Buffalo, NY office.  The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering or a related field, will be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and will have at least two years of experience. Industry experience is a plus.
