Driving Directions to Hodgson Russ's Buffalo Office:

We recommend parking in the Main Place underground ramp if you are visiting the Guaranty Building. There are also many surface parking lots in the immediate area. There are two Ellicott Parking lots on the corner of Pearl and Swan Streets, one block South of the Guaranty Building.

The Guaranty Building is located at the corner of Church and Pearl Streets.

To the Guaranty Building from the East (including Buffalo Niagara International Airport):
To reach our Guaranty Building office from Rochester and other points further east, take the NYS Thruway (I-90) west to Route 33 - Kensington Expressway. The airport is located at the end of this Expressway. Take Route 33 West to downtown Buffalo and exit by bearing left at the end of the expressway onto Oak Street. Turn right onto Broadway. Go through Lafayette Square and cross Main Street. Take the next left onto Pearl St. (one way). The entrance to the Main Place Parking Ramp will be on the left hand side. The Guaranty Building (140 Pearl Street) is on the southwest corner of Church and Pearl Streets. The main entrance is on Pearl Street. Report to security and they will direct you to main reception.

To the Guaranty Building from the South:
Take the Thruway (I-90) East to Exit 53 (I-190). Take Route I-190 North to downtown Buffalo and take Exit 6 - Elm Street. As you proceed on the exit ramp, stay in the center lane. Proceed straight on Elm Street to Broadway and make a left onto Broadway. Go through Lafayette Square and cross Main Street. Take the next left onto Pearl St. (one way). The entrance to the Main Place Parking Ramp will be on the left hand side. The Guaranty Building (140 Pearl Street) is on the southwest corner of Church and Pearl Streets. The main entrance is on Pearl Street. Report to security and they will direct you to main reception.

To the Guaranty Building from Southern Ontario and the North:
From Niagara Falls or the Peace Bridge, follow signs to Route I-190 South and take I-190 South to downtown Buffalo. From I-190 South, take Exit 6 - Elm Street. As you proceed on the exit ramp, stay in the center lane. Proceed straight on Elm Street to Broadway and make a left onto Broadway. Go through Lafayette Square and cross Main Street.
